How cancellations work
You can request a cancellation from your booking confirmation or by contacting our team. The amount returned depends on how far in advance you cancel, measured from your check-in date.
Standard cancellation tiers
- 30 days or more before check-in: full refund of all charges except the non-refundable service fee.
- 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the rental fee; taxes on the refunded portion are returned.
- Less than 14 days before check-in: the rental fee is non-refundable; the refundable security deposit is always returned.
Event-period conditions
During major events (for example the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the LA28 Olympics), demand is exceptionally high. Bookings that overlap these windows may carry stricter timelines, which are always disclosed on the booking page before payment.
Security deposit
Any refundable security deposit is held separately and released after checkout, independent of the cancellation tiers above, subject to the property's condition.
