Refund Policy

When refunds apply, how they are calculated and how quickly you receive them.

When a refund applies

Refunds are issued in line with our Cancellation Policy, and in the cases below:

  • An eligible cancellation within the applicable timeline.
  • A confirmed property becoming unavailable, where we cannot offer a comparable alternative.
  • An overcharge or a billing error on our side.

How refunds are calculated

  • Refundable amounts follow the tier that applied at the time of cancellation.
  • Taxes are refunded in proportion to the refunded rental amount.
  • The service fee is non-refundable except where a booking is cancelled by us.
  • The security deposit is always returned in full, less any documented damages.

Method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
